A & M Nexus Consulting Limited ("A & M Nexus", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website, our client dashboard, and all services we provide. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), and with comparable principles where your data is processed internationally.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who we are

- Application data โ academic and work history, qualifications, language test results, personal statements, references and your service preferences.
- Supporting documents โ passport, certificates and transcripts, CVs, proof of funds, photographs and other documents you upload.
- Payment data โ the amount, date, currency and proof of bank-transfer payments. We do not collect or store full card details; payments are made by bank transfer.
- Communications โ messages you exchange with our team, consultation and enquiry details, and notes about your case.
- Technical data โ basic information such as your browser type and device, and information stored in cookies (see section 9).
3. How we collect it
We collect data when you create an account, complete an assessment or application, book a consultation, upload documents, make a payment, message our team, or otherwise interact with our website and services.
4. Why we use your information (lawful basis)
We use your personal data only where the law allows. Our lawful bases include your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, and compliance with legal obligations. Specifically, we use your data to:
- process your enquiry, assessment, application or project and provide our services;
- verify your eligibility and prepare and submit applications on your behalf;
- communicate with you about your case, send updates and respond to questions;
- process and confirm payments and keep proper financial records;
- improve, secure and administer our website and services; and
- meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.
5. Who we share it with
We share your information only as necessary to deliver our services, and never sell it. Recipients may include:
- Universities, colleges, employers and recruiters to whom you are applying;
- Immigration and government authorities and visa-processing bodies;
- Our trusted partners who support recruitment, education and immigration services on your behalf;
- Service providers who help us operate (for example secure hosting and communications), under confidentiality obligations; and
- Authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We disclose your data to these parties strictly to progress your application and, where the law requires it, only with your consent.
6. International transfers
Because our services are international, your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries (for example, the country you are applying to study or work in). Where we transfer your data abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law.
7. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure. Sensitive documents are stored on private, access-controlled storage and are accessible only to authorised staff handling your case. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we work continuously to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, and thereafter for as long as we are required to retain records for legal, regulatory, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
9. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as your display currency) and keep the site secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the site works.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten"), subject to our legal record-keeping obligations;
- object to or request that we restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
- request a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
11. Children
Our services are intended for applicants who are old enough to pursue study, work or business services. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian.
12. Third-party links
Our website may link to external sites (for example, university websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
