These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of A & M Nexus Consulting Limited ("A & M Nexus", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, booking a consultation, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our services

A & M Nexus Consulting Limited provides consultancy and facilitation services in three areas: study abroad (including our Study-in-Korea partner channel), work abroad (international placement and relocation support), and digital/business services (branding, web and software). The specific scope of any engagement is confirmed with you before work begins.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

We provide honest, professional guidance and prepare your applications to the highest standard. However, decisions on admission, scholarships, employment, and visas are made solely by third parties — universities, employers and immigration authorities — and are outside our control. We therefore do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome. Any timelines we give are estimates and may change.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all times;
submit genuine, unaltered documents;
respond promptly to requests for information so your application is not delayed; and
comply with the laws and requirements of the destination country.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information or documents may invalidate your application, may be reported to the relevant authorities, and may result in termination of our services without refund.

5. Fees and payments

Service fees are communicated to you before any work begins.
Payments are made by bank transfer to our official account, using the unique reference shown in your dashboard; you then upload proof of payment, which our team confirms.
Where instalment or part-payment plans are offered, the schedule will be confirmed for your specific service.
Third-party charges — such as university application fees, government and visa fees, medicals and courier costs — are separate from our service fees and are payable by you.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service and the stage of work completed at the time of any cancellation. Fees for work already performed and all third-party charges are non-refundable. The refund terms applicable to your specific service are explained to you before you pay.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end our services where you breach these Terms, where required by law, or where continuing would be impractical or unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those on payments, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our website and platform — including text, graphics, logos and software — belongs to A & M Nexus Consulting Limited or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Materials we create for you under a digital-services engagement are governed by the terms of that specific engagement.

9. Third-party services and links

Our services involve third parties (such as universities, employers and immigration authorities) and our website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the acts, decisions, content or policies of those third parties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A & M Nexus Consulting Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes determined by third parties (including refused admissions, jobs or visas). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the service fees you have paid to us for the relevant engagement.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection & Consent notice, which explain how we handle your personal data.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with the "Last updated" date revised. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
